I was in a writing group you had in Blanchardstown library. My aim was to write a book about buying, renovating and enjoying a house in Pizzo, Italy. You seemed to be interested in it. Well, I have done it and self-published.

Now I wonder if you would take a look at it, comment on my writing or ideas, and advise me where to go with it as regards publicising and selling it. What would be the best place to send it to (eg RTE programme, newspaper or magazine) to get attention.

I think the workshop would help you as it would encourage you to realise that yes…you can write! And you’d meet other budding authors. It’s
amazing how many people share the same issues and realising that can put them in perspective.

A number of participants at my workshops have wanted to write non fiction and found the workshops helpful. I love encouraging people to discover what kind of writer they are. I have written a lot of non fiction myself. And I also share your interest in spirituality.

I’m contemplating signing up for your workshop at the end of this month. I’m just not sure if it’s the right thing for me. I’ve always dreamed of writing a book, but not so much a novel but a book that is partially based on facts and encourages and inspires people. Truthfully, I’m not sure what kind of book I’d be capable of writing, but I have the desire to write.

I’m growing a lot on a spiritual level at the moment and I feel that writing is part of my purpose here in order to help people but I also feel that I’m still only in the early stages of realising my true purpose. Do you think this workshop my still be suitable for me?
