F.Y.I. From Pitch to Publication

Someone I know who knows a lot about publishing has recommended this book: ‘From Pitch to Publication’. Apparently this is a detailed and accessible book by Carole Blake, one of Britain’s best-known literary agents. It contains information on what agents want, how to produce a successful synopsis, questions to ask a publisher before signing, and a particularly useful section on contracts.
